Next Thursday August 18, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar in Bondi is celebrating the Full Moon with its wildly popular Icebergs X Full Moon Crab dinner. Think some of Australia's freshest seafood in one of its most iconic locations, all bathed in the light of the moon.
$70 per person gets you a luxe two-course meal showcasing local Blue Swimmer Crab and Queensland Spanner Crab, dressed up with Italian flavours care of Icebergs executive chef Monty Koludrovic. The two-course meal begins with crab and saffron arancini with San Daniele prosciutto and ends with spanner crab, tomato, olive, caper and anchovy, with rye sourdough and baby gem lettuce with crab oil and verjuice as sides.
"There are so many different views and perspectives from the Icebergs Bar that I love but the full moon would have to be one of the best," says Icebergs restaurateur Maurice Terzini. Bookings can be made for between 6pm-9pm via idrbevents.com.
