Move over Bondi, Redfern’s about to stake a claim in the healthy café game

It's no secret Sydney's residents are a health-conscious bunch. A quick peek inside the city's many gyms or a stroll along Bondi to Bronte will tell you as much. And when it comes to healthy eating, we're equally as committed. So it's with little trepidation that we introduce the latest café to open in Sydney's Redfern. Everyday Espresso is the latest entry into the burgeoning café scene, offering coffee (duh) alongside nourishing bowls of goodness.

Brought to you by Justin Stevenson, owner of Haymarket's Coop & Cart café and chef Tomislav Martinovic, this pocket-sized eatery offers great coffee, fresh juices, brekkie favourites like eggs benedict (jazzed up with a croissant - drool) and healthy bowls with a mixture of greens, grains and protein. Located on bustling Redfern Street, it's the ideal place to pop in for a quick and healthy snack. And no, you needn't travel to Bondi.

Everyday Espresso is located at Shop 6, 159 Redfern Street (right next to the police station.)
