Each chef has divulged their own guilty pleasure and recreated it for you to sup on as you sip a glass of Krug.

Were she here, Madonna would be heading straight to Russell Blaikie's Perth restaurant Must for fancy fish n' chips with Esperance Scallops, on offer from September 7 to September 21.  Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge of 4 in Hand in Sydney is dishing up his Midnight Chef's Snack from September 7 to September 21; and from September 7 to October 5, Andrew McConnell of Melbourne's Supernormal will serve his legendary lobster roll; Jack Zonfrillo's hand-dived Kangaroo Island scallop and pancetta roll will hit tables in Restaurant Orana, Adelaide; and Jake Nicholson's tuna toastie with caviar will be served at Blackbird, Brisbane.
