Since the last few times In-N-Out popped up in Sydney, causing close-to mass hysteria, the buzz about the cult burger chain has been pretty loud.  Now, for those still craving that taste, a month-long pop-up tribute is about to open in Sydney's CBD.

You might remember Down-N-Out, the last tribute event created by Hashtag Burgers, which sold a mental 500 burgers in just two hours (!!!). It obviously worked well for them, as the same team (including former Mr Crackles head chef, Sebastien Cens) will be bringing Down-N-Out back for two-week spin. Offering In-N-Out -style burgers, fries (hello animal style), shakes and beers from Murray's Craft Brewing Co, the pop-up kitchen will take over the CBD's Sir John Young Hotel from June 8. But if last time is anything to go by, you might not want to wait until the end of the month to get down there.
