Following the immense success of Melbourne's first-ever espresso martini-dedicated festival last year, coffee and alcohol experts Mr Black have decided to bring the festival back for another swish at Melbourne's Meat Market this November.

The venue will be transformed into a cultural hub of four different bar areas for coffee and cocktail lovers to explore from November 3rd - Sunday November 5th. There'll be the usual main bar with some less-than-usual espresso martini variations like indulgent espresso martinis topped with doughnuts, The Mr Black Coffee Shop where you can pick up all the essentials (A.K.A. alcohol, coffee), a Tiki Bar that you'll find in the garden and if you search hard enough you might find the mysterious Everleigh Bottling Co Speakeasy bar hidden in the depths of the Meat Market.

Guests will be spoiled with inventive caffeinated creations from the top selection of roasters, bars and coffee shops, and can also attend cold brew masterclasses and free tastings. And while it is all about the coffee and cocktails (let's be honest), that's not all that's on offer. There'll be live music and entertainment to keep you busy while you're drinking and Mr Black will be joined on ground by a handful of local food and drink vendors including Fancy Hanks, Zeus St Greek Food, That Arancini Guy, Toasta & Co and Butter Mafia. If top-notch espresso martinis aren't your choice of tipple, Holgate Brewhouse will also be pouring their signature frothy beverages on the day. Teetotaller? Don't worry, Fever Tree will have a range of sodas on hand to keep you hydrated.

"This year's festival is shaping up to be bigger, better and boozier than ever, with over 20 world class coffee cocktails, masterclasses, live music and general debauchery," explains Mr Black Founder, Tom Baker. "Melbourne's love for good coffee and craft drinking has no bounds, and we're pleased to be able to return again in 2017." And so are we. Given we're a nation that loves a drink and good quality coffee second to none, we believe it's a match made in heaven. Cheers to that!
