The full line-up for the Margaret River Gourmet Escape has been revealed, and it's got everyone on team Buro looking up flights to WA. Held from November 18-20, the program spans the festival's famous Audi Gourmet Beach BBQs (pictured above) to Feast in the Forest at Leeuwin Estate (below), dining by twilight at Secret Garden with one of the world's best chefs (from the no. 7 restaurant in the world, to be exact) and an audience with Nigella Lawson.

Now in its fifth year, Gourmet Escape always manages to pull in the big guns when it comes to chefs, and this year's line-up is no exception: from beloved locals like Guillaume Brahimi, Peter Gilmore (Quay) and Frank Camorra (MoVida) to some of the world's most renowned Michelin-starred chefs (think Joan Roca from no. 2 restaurant in the world, El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, and Dominique Crenn, named this year's world's best female chef).
