From the same team behind popular Surry Hills watering hole, Forresters, comes Barangaroo's first foray onto the top floor. Untied promises a bright, mod laidback Queensland vibe for after work sips and sups under the beautiful big Sydney sky. The menu is bursting with elevated bar snacks like oysters done four ways, a raw bar drawing from the ocean and the land, calamari with lemon, parsley, avocado and ranche sauce from the wood grill and palate pleasers like popcorn prawns and vege chips with dukkah.
The drinks list is extensive with a stand alone, carefully curated list of quintessentially Aussie cocktail flavours like The Big Pineapple, a show-stopping sipper of Don Julio Blanco tequila, caramel syrup, cold drip coffee, fresh lime, pineapple juice and a dash of egg white.
