By the numbers this stunning new waterfront dining and drinking emporium stacks up - three years in the making and three levels of contemporary designer digs dedicated to delicious eats and sublime drinks.

Plus, every level of Moran and Solotel's Barangaroo House has water views - making it THE address for a summer of enjoying stunning water vistas with a chill cocktail in one hand and a fresh-cooked prawn in the other.

As for the eats and drinks, each level houses a different offering catering to any and all tastes. Reading from the top down, the rooftop is home to sophisticated rooftop bar, Smoke, which boasts cracking harbour and city views and an extensive drinks list with 40+ cocktails on the menu. And because it's Moran, the food is inventive with options like sea urchin and orange jam toasties on the menu.

The middle level plays host to contemporary Australian restaurant Bea, which features fresh, delicious dishes using the best Aussie produce, think: Sydney rock oysters and whole roast duck direct from the Southern Highlands.
