The flavours of Singapore are one of South East Asia's best kept secrets. The food reflects the modern-meets-old world nation; taking inspiration from the various cultures that have migrated to the island; think rich and flavourful Laksa, stuffed spring rolls and creative takes on traditional Indian dishes. Thanks to a one-of-a-kind dining experience happening in Sydney this month, you do not have to travel to South East Asia to experience Singapore's foods and flavours. On February 22, the Singapore Tourism Board will host an intimate virtual dinner party held simultaneously at the Shangri-La Hotels in Sydney and Singapore. The virtual experience will treat guests from both cities to a multi-course menu designed by celebrity chefs.

Adam Liaw (MasterChef Australia, Destination Flavour) and Malcolm Lee (Candlenut, Singapore) will unveil their take on Hainanese Chicken Rice with Peranakan and chilli crab influences - to not have tried the country's famed 'chicken rice' is a food sin that needs to be rectified. Anna Polyviou (Shangri-La Hotel) and Janice Wong (2am:dessertbar, Singapore) will deliver a show stopping dessert that is guaranteed to defy everything you thought you knew about food, flavours and gravity.

The event is registration only. To register visit Registration closes February 13.
