We quiz the celebrity chef on all things culinary

Sydneysiders might know him as the owner of Surry Hills establishment 4Fourteen and the newly launched gastropub Banksia Bistro, but to the rest of TV-watching Australia Colin Fassnidge is also that Irish judge on My Kitchen Rules. Of course there's more to the Dublin-born chef than that. Since making Australia his home in 1999, Colin's CV boasts successful stints at Paddington's Four in Hand and former Sydney eatery Banc, plus his own cookbook (surely the marker of culinary approval in Australia?). 

To celebrate Colin's appearance at the Good Food & Wine Show this Friday (it hits Sydney June 23-25, Perth July 14-16 and Brisbane October 27-29), we asked the chef and restaurateur a few pertinent foodie questions. Check out his answers in the gallery above.
