If there were any questions around what mysterious street artist Banksy thinks of Brexit, he's firmly answered with his latest artwork. Overnight, a huge anti-Brexit mural has appeared on a building in the southern coastal UK town of Dover. The artwork depicts the European flag with a man on a ladder chiselling out one of the stars - making a strong statement about Britain's decision to leave the European Union.

Banksy's identity is shrouded in secrecy and even those rumoured to know him won't reveal who he is. He doesn't give interviews, but rather chooses to make his presence and socially justice-driven opinions known through his controversial artworks. His projects are always on a grand scale - catching the eye and attention of not just the art world but pretty much everyone who has eyes and a social heartbeat. This latest project comes after his recent foray into social conscious globetrotting - with his artwork for The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem.

So this is what Banksy REALLY thinks of Brexit
