They went viral within seconds of hitting the runway in Paris last month, super-charging the smiles of Bella Hadid, Taylor Hill and Karen Elson. Word on the beauty counter was that make-up maestro Pat McGrath was planning on releasing the products she used for the show to the masses - and now, we can report that yes, yes she will.
She gave American Vogue a sneak peek, explaining, "I wanted to create the ultimate editorial kit that takes you from nothing all the way to the most extreme, jewelled, three-dimensional mouth." The kits include creamy matte lippies in nude, red and wine shades, plus a vinyl gloss, her famous molten gold pigment and pots of ultra-fine micro glitter to get the full-blown Versace look.
"I've been keeping this collection of colours for years," McGrath says of the three lipstick shades. "You can find 30 shades out of two lipsticks, then you can add the glitter, the gloss, you can play with the Cupid's bow as a jewel - you get so much out of just these few items."
