With an irreverent vibe that playfully references the spherical bottle design, the short clip perfectly sums up the spririt of the pretty new addition to the Chance family.
When the house that brought the world Chanel No. 5 releases a new fragrance, the (beauty) world stands to attention. This time around, we're almost as excited by the ad campaign as we are by the fragrance itself - the work of longstanding Chanel collaborator Jean-Paul Goude, it's a whimsical ode to the girl who likes to take her chances (see what we did there? But it's true).

The famed French house released a seven second sneak peek of the campaign on Tuesday, which is set in a make-believe bowling alley that sends - the horror! - bottles of Chance Eau Vive rolling down the lanes in place of bowling balls.
With notes of grapefruit (also found in the original Chance fragrance), citrus, jasmine, white musk and vetiver, Chance Eau Vive is a floral, zesty scent with as much youthful energy as its fast-paced campaign. It's also the first Chance interpretation by Chanel's new nose Olivier Polge, the perfumer who brought the world Viktor & Rolf's deliciously fragrant Flowerbomb.
