With total knockout Melanie Griffiths for a mum and 80s Miami Vice heartthrob Don Johnson as her dad, Dakota Johnson was always destined for super stardom - on the big screen, a billboard or fronting beautiful fashion campaigns.

Her mum's famous line in Working Girl "I've got a mind for business and a bod for sin," certainly rings true for this savvy star with Johnson nailing not only the film arena via her starring role in the blockbuster Fifty Shades of Grey series but also scoring the coveted campaign spot as the face of Gucci Bloom.

But like all proper fragrance campaigns in these digital days a couple of print ads is just not enough to get that sweetly scented message out there, hence Gucci has released a beautiful, dreamy, playful short film/campaign video to introduce designer Alessandro Michele's first fragrance for the house, Gucci Bloom.

"I wanted a rich white floral fragrance, a courageous scent that transports you to a vast garden filled with many flowers and plants, a bouquet of abundance. The garden is as beautiful as women are; colourful, wild, diverse, where there is everything," Alessandro Michele said.

The campaign video encapsulates all that garden loveliness and a whole lot more - think floaty chiffon frocks worn by Johnson and her co-campaign stars Hari Nef and Petra Collins wandering through stunning flower-filled rooms, into the garden and eventually for a quick dip in a nearby waterway while still wearing their stunning frocks... And er, no judgement if you shed a tiny tear at either the beauty of the short or the fact they're wearing those dresses in a river.
