Part of the $670-million redevelopment of Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast, which is now the largest shopping centre in Queensland and the fourth largest in Australia, the new Chanel boutique is a luxe vision of burgundy (a new colour for the house) and the signature black and white. The 102sqm store is the first in Australia to showcase the new colour scheme, which is inspired by the contrasting burgundy and black palette of their iconic 11.12 bag.

Even more enticingly, the Pacific Fair fragrance and beauty boutique is the first in the country to also include a standalone section of Chanel eyewear. Yes, shopping at Chanel just got even more dangerous. There are two additional Chanel stores slated to open in Australia and New Zealand by the end of 2016 - watch this space.

The Pacific Fair redevelopment also boasts a Christian Louboutin, Bally, Coach, Kate Spade, Maje, Dion Lee, Uniqlo, H&M and David Jones. If you live in Queensland, you're in luck.
