The new cult cold-weather skin saver we’re all desperate for
Hands up if you've found yourself complaining again and again about havoc the winter chill is playing with your skin. Dryness, redness, unpreceded sensitivity...ugh. Come back, summer glow.
Not that we needed another reason to love Aesop, but the Melbourne-based cult beauty brand and global dominator has come to our rescue with a new moisturiser - the Elemental Facial Barrier Cream. Formulated with the harshness of winter in mind, this cushiony, plush cream is built upon hydrating carnauba waxes and a castor-based emollient blend and is comprised of balancing and soothing ingredients like zinc, copper salts of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, ginger root extract, and a warming scent of cloves, Moroccan chamomile and sandalwood as the cherry on top.

Promising to hydrate, relieve sensitivity caused by the elements (including the dryness caused by air conditioning and indoor heaters) and strengthen the skin, this cream is our new travel favourite -from the ski slopes to our daily commute.
And if you're located in Melbourne and haven't yet made it down to the relaunched Flinders Lane store, in all its curved, cardboard-clad glory, we highly recommend you hop to.
