Noah Galloway, a 33-year-old from Alabama, is fronting the advertising campaign for Kenneth Cole's MANKIND Ultimate fragrance. But he's not your average male model.

Sergeant Galloway was on a tour of duty in Iraq in 2005 when his Humvee hit an improvised explosive device. He woke up in a German hospital five days later - and learned he'd lost his left arm, left leg and had severe injuries to his right leg and jaw.

He returned to the US and was lost to depression and alcohol, until one night he looked in the mirror and realised he was more than his injuries. The former competitive athlete set himself the goal of getting back in shape and inspiring others. He reinvented himself as a personal trainer and motivational speaker - becoming so successful that he was invited to appear on Ellen and The Today Show.

He recently graced the cover of US Men's Health magazine after winning the title of The Ultimate Men's Health Guy. Design mogul Kenneth Cole was one of the competition judges and was so wowed by Galloway he decided to make him the face of his new fragrance. "Noah Galloway represents the best of MANKIND today," says Cole. "He is committed to giving back through community service, fitness, and he just so happens to have great style.  He is MANKIND personified."
