Anna Heinrich on a healthy life, diet and make-up obsessions
Anna Heinrich has come a long way since her Bachelor days. From her thriving lifestyle blog and beautifully curated Instagram account (which boasts a shy 270K following), Heinrich has given us a glimpse into her healthy and happy life with partner Tim Robards. We sat down with the TV personality who's also Oral-B's 3D White Ambassador, to chat healthy habits, beauty advice, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and everything else in between:
What is your can't-live-without product?
It's no secret! I'm well-stocked up on Oral-B 3D White products in both my handbag and bathroom cabinet. My favourite product in the range is the Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips. For me, looking good is about feeling good and being healthy.
Why is it important to have a naturally white smile?
There's no better compliment than being told you have a great smile - and it's so important as it's generally the first thing that people notice about you. I definitely believe that a beautiful smile is a healthy smile. I've been using the new Oral-B 3D White Arctic Fresh toothpaste, which features a cooling agent to give you extra fresh breath all day long. Perfect for my frantic schedule, this usually involves talking face to face with people. No one likes a smelly breath, so I also make sure I visit my dentist every six to twelve months for a check-up.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley - She is a goddess. I love that she oozes confidence and has a killer smile. She's the ultimate babe!
Smokey-eye or red lip?
Smokey-eye! It's dramatic and sexy and I feel like you can get away with anything when you have a smokey-eye.
How do you stay healthy? What workouts do you enjoy?
I really enjoy good food and exercising and I try to be active every day, which could be either going for a run or a walk. I'm also enjoying working out with the rings from The Robards Method, which is great body weighted exercise and really tones any wobbly bits! Remember, it all comes down to living a balanced lifestyle!
What's a day on a plate for Anna?
I always start my day right with a healthy and hearty breakfast. It's usually; two poached eggs, tomato and avocado OR almond milk, muesli and fruit. I'll then have green tea, followed by an almond milk cap, but only one a day. Lunch is a kale salad with salmon, tuna or chicken. Then usually a little treat in the afternoon like dark chocolate or a cookie - the café down the road from me has the best cookies! For dinner I have a piece of grilled meat with vegetables or salad, followed by some fruit and/or yoghurt for dessert.
Looks you're loving this season?
Velvet! It's sophisticated and you know the cooler months are fast approaching when you wear it. I also love layering in winter and wearing bold colours on my eyes and lips like burgundy.
The best makeup advice you've ever received?
You can exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush to get a really smooth and shiny appearance from your lipstick. But the best advice I like to give is: "be yourself, and be confident in being yourself." Find out what makes you feel great and make this a habit. Whether its exercise or great products or even great food - just remember that when you feel your best you'll have the confidence to be your best.
