When the winter months are here every part of our being screams 'hibernate!' including our hair, which can legitimately be hidden under a beanie until spring comes around. But, it doesn't have to be that way, good hair is proven to make us feel happier and more confident - which we definitely need in the long winter months when the dreary weather and limited sunlight are already making us feel flat as a tack (seasonal affective disorder is a proven medical condition after all).
