Forget the old adage your grandmother swore by - next season, blue and green should definitely be seen

At least, that's the message we're getting loud and clear from the new Gucci Spring/Summer '15 Colour Collection. Featuring cobalt nail lacquer and eyeshadows in all the dazzling colours of a peacock's feathers - think brilliant blue, green and gold - it's definitely not one for the colour shy.

"The most important thing in the look is sensual eyes with unusual blue-green smokey make-up", says Gucci Cosmetics art director and global beauty authority Pat McGrath. "To create the look, use Gucci Magnetic Shadow Colour Duo (Agate tone) for eyelids and Gucci Magnetic Shadow Colour Mono (Equinox tone) under lashes."

The range is inspired by the vivid colours of Gucci's Spring/Summer '15 runway collection and while it's not available in Australia at this stage, we've got our fingers crossed it will reach our shores soon. Until then, add it to your list of holiday beauty buys for your next overseas trip.
